摘要:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNAs)是一类转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的RNA,不直接参与基因编码和蛋白质合成。 起初,它被认为是基因组转录的"噪音",不具备生物学功能。近年来的研究表明,这些lncRNAs能够在转录及转录后水平上调节蛋白编码基因的表达, 并且广泛地参与包括细胞分化、个体发育在内的重要生命过程, 其异常表达与机体的生理和病理过程均有密切的关系。本文综述了长链非编码RNA的定义、分类、作用机制以及其在血管相关疾病中的作用。

Role of LncRNA in pathogenesis of vascular disease
Abstract:Long non-coding RNA (lncRNAs) is one kind of RNAs whose transcripts are more than 200 nucleotides, but does not code protein. At first it was thought to be a "noise" in genome transcription. However, many recent researches have shown that lncRNAs regulate gene expression at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels, and are involved in various fundamental biological processes such as cell differentiation and organ development, their abnormal expression are closely associated with body\'s physiological and pathological process. In this paper, we reviewed the the definition, classification and function of long chain non-coding RNAs as well as their roles in the pathogenesis of vascular disease.
