轮胎胎体/空腔低频耦合模型

摘要:环模型是分析轮胎低频(400 Hz以下)振动特性的一种常用模型,在分析轮胎振动机理和预测轮胎振动响应等方面有着重要作用。但是由于现有的环模型中未考虑轮胎空腔的影响,因此在空腔共振频率附近的振动特性与实际情况存在偏差。针对该问题,本文在环模型的基础上考虑了胎体和空腔内气体的流/固耦合现象,建立了轮胎胎体/空腔低频耦合模型。采用该耦合模型不但可以预测轮胎的结构固有频率,还可以预测出轮胎空腔共振频率;另外,采用该耦合模型得到的在外部激励下的轮胎振动响应更加接近实际响应。?????

Low frequency model coupling the tire structure and acoustic cavity
Abstract:Thering model is the conventional model for analyzing the vibration of a tire at low frequencies (below 400 Hz), and plays an important role for studying the tire vibration mechanism and predicting the tire vibration response. However, since the existent ring model does not contain the influence of cavity resonance, the vibration characteristics predicting by it will deviate from the real ones. To resolve the problem, a low frequency model of coupling the tire structure and acoustic cavity is proposed, in which the fluid-structure interaction between the tire structure and the air in the cavity is included. Using the coupling model can predict the natural frequencies of the tire structure, the resonance frequency of the tire cavity, and the vibration response of a tire excited by an external force which is more close to the real response than that obtained by the conventional ring model.
