平移旋转舱门展收机构的设计与仿真

摘要:为了解决舱门铰链外置导致的布置防热层困难的问题,需要设计一种先平移后旋转舱门展收机构。通过研究组合机构的组成方式、四连杆机构的参数设计、凸轮机构参数设计、以及ADAMS参数化建模等内容,提出了一种四杆机构和凸轮机构组合而成的组合机构,并给出对应参数设计方法。采用仿真软件ADAMS和MATLAB联合仿真的方法,对提出的舱门机构进行运动学仿真验证,并对舱门机构进行参数化建模。得到了满足运动需求的舱门组合机构,并找到了对舱门运动精度影响较大的零件,为设计舱门机构实现先平动后转动提供理论依据。

Translation rotating door design and simulation
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of difficult to decorate the heat-resistant layer caused by the door hinge external, it is necessary to design a kind of first translational and rotating cabin hatch collecting mechanism. By studying the composing mode of the combination mechanism, the parameter design of the four-bar linkage mechanism, the parameter design of CAM mechanism and the parametric modeling of Adams, a combination mechanism composed of four-bar mechanism and cam mechanism is presented, and the corresponding parameter design method is given. In this paper, the simulation software Adams and MATLAB are used to simulate the mechanism of the proposed hatch, and the parametric modeling of the door mechanism is carried out. The door combination mechanism satisfying the demand of motion is obtained, and the parts which have great influence on the cabin\'s motion accuracy are found, which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the door mechanism to realize the first translation and rotation.
