酚基离子液体/乙二醇混合吸收剂吸收多种酸性气体的研究

摘要:以乙二醇为溶剂,研究了酚基离子液体对酸性气体的吸收。考察了离子液体种类、乙二醇含量以及吸收温度对混合吸收剂吸收三种酸性气体(SO2、CO2、H2S)的影响。结果表明:四种酚基离子液体混合吸收剂对三种酸性气体均具有较强的吸收能力,且SO2的吸收量最大,CO2的吸收量最小;随着乙二醇含量的增加,混合吸收剂对酸性气体的吸收量减小,但酚基离子液体对酸性气体的摩尔吸收量几乎没有变化;吸收温度也会影响酸性气体的吸收,随着温度的升高,酸性气体在混合吸收剂和离子液体中的吸收量均减少;通过吸收酸性气体前后混合吸收剂的FT-IR表征结果,提出了酚基离子液体对酸性气体吸收的可能机理。

Absorption of acid gases by phenol-based ionic liquids and ethylene glycol mixtures
Abstract:In this paper, phenol-based ionic liquids (ILs) and ethylene glycol (EG) mixtures were used to absorb acid gases (SO2、CO2、H2S). The effects of ILs, EG content and temperature on the absorption were investigated. The results showed that these ILs and EG mixtures had high capacity on acid gases. With the increase of EG content, the absorption capacity in the mixtures decreased, but the solubility in ILs did not change. When the temperature increased, the solubility of acid gases in both the mixtures and ILs decreased. Based on the FT-IR spectrum of the mixtures before and after absorption, the absorption mechanism was proposed.
