新型荧光化合物修饰的金纳米粒子的制备及其性能研究

摘要:金纳米粒子是研究最早的贵金属纳米粒子之一,因其具有性质稳定,且制备简单、粒径均匀、生物相容性好、易于生物分子固定修饰等优势,被广泛应用于纳米生物传感器和生物成像中。本文选用荧光化合物噻唑吡啶酮酸钠(TPCANa)作为还原剂还原氯金酸,并兼作稳定剂来制备粒径可控的新型荧光金纳米粒子,通过改变还原剂的用量、反应温度和反应时间调控金纳米粒子的粒径大小、粒径分布和稳定性。

Preparation and properties of novel fluorescent compound modified gold nanoparticles
Abstract:Gold nanoparticle is one of the earliest research precious metal nanoparticles, which is widely used in the fields of nanometer biosensors and bioimaging due to their advantages of stable properties, simple preparation, uniform particle size, good biocompatibility, and easy modification andmodification of biomolecule. In this paper, a new fluorescent gold nanoparticle with controlled particle diameter was prepared by the reduction of chloroauric acid with the fluorescent compound of thiazolopyridone sodium (TPCANa) as a reducing and stabilizing agent, The particle size, distribution and stability of the fluorescent gold nanoparticle wereregulated by changing the amount of reducing agent, the reaction temperature and the reaction time.
