薏苡仁糠油提取及对脂肪酸合成酶抑制作用的研究

摘要:以薏苡仁糠为研薏苡仁糠油提取及对脂肪酸合成酶抑制作用的研究究对象,比较了三种不同的水媒法(水剂法、水酶法和乙醇水提法)提取薏苡仁糠油的效果。将最优的提取方法--乙醇水提法,进行单因素实验,得到最佳的工艺条件为:原料经粉碎过100目筛、提取pH值7、乙醇浓度30%、料液比1:5(w/v)、反应温度50 ℃、反应时间2 h。在该条件下,游离油得率为71.44±0.8%。通过气相分析,乙醇水提法得到的薏苡仁糠油主要含有10种脂肪酸组分,不饱和脂肪酸达到84.80%,脂肪酸组成和含量和薏苡仁油差别不大。指纹图谱也表明两者主要成分一致。薏苡仁糠油对脂肪酸合成酶有明显的抑制作用,可能是一种潜在的具有抗癌作用的功能性油脂。

Extraction of adlay bran oil and its inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase
Abstract:In this paper, using adlay bran as raw material, we compared the effects of three different aqueous medium method (aqueous extraction method, aqueous enzymatic extraction method and aqueous ethanol extraction method) on extraction rate of adlay bran oil. And the aqueous ethanol method was employed as extraction process. Through single factor experiments, the results of optimum extraction conditions were as follow: crushing the material to via a 100 mesh screen, extraction pH 7, ethanol concentration 30% (v/v), solid-to-liquid ration 1:5 (w/v), extraction temperature 50 C, and extraction time 2 h. Under above optimal conditions, the adlay bran oil yield reached 71.44±0.8%. The GC analysis showed that the adlay bran oil which extracted by aqueous ethanol extraction mainly contained 10 kinds of fatty acid components, the unsaturated fatty acid reaching 84.80%, which was similar to coix seeExtraction of adlay bran oil and its inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthased oil. The fingerprints also showed the consistency of the main components of the two. Moreover, the adlay bran oil had an obvious inhibitory effect on fatty acid synthase, which may be a potential functional lipid with anti-cancer effect.
