基于初始磁导率的轴承内圈滚动接触疲劳无损检测系统

摘要:针对滚动接触疲劳在早期不宜被觉察、剩余寿命不易评估的缺点,本文提出了基于初始磁导率的无损检测方法,设计了基于差分信号的疲劳状态检测系统。系统由检测平台、检测传感器、信号处理链路以及相关软件组成。针对滚动接触疲劳萌生于表面和次表面的特点,利用电磁场仿真软件计算得出最优检测参数,设计并制作了检测传感器。此外,本设计进一步开发了轴承疲劳试验系统,对经过试验的轴承进行了疲劳状态检测。结果表明系统针对滚动接触疲劳具备良好的检测能力,经济效益社会效益显著。

Rolling Contact Fatigue Nondestructive Testing System for
Abstract: In terms of the shortcoming of rolling contact fatigue which is not easy to be detected and the residual life is not easily evaluated in the early stage, a nondestructive testing method based on the initial permeability is proposed, and a fatigue state detection system based on differential signal is designed. The system consists of detection platform, detection sensor, signal processing circuit and related software. According to the characteristics of rolling contact fatigue produce on surface and secondary surface, the optimal detection parameters are calculated by using electromagnetic field simulation software, and the detection sensor is designed and fabricated. After that, the bearing fatigue test system is designed and the bearing is tested. The results show that the system has good detection ability for rolling contact fatigue and has remarkable social benefit.
