基于PLC的电解机床控制柜设计与实现

摘要:电解加工具有加工过程无电极损耗、不产生机械应力、仅用单个电极就可以重复生产无限量的产品,且工件不产生氧化层、无需后序加工等优点,所以在航天航空、模具生产领域中有广泛应用。电解加工机床由床身、控制柜、电源柜以及其他辅助设备构成,控制柜用于控制整个机床运行,是电解加工机床的重要组成部分之一。基于Siemens s7-200PLC设计了电解机床控制柜柜体、控制面板,并完成CPU和扩展模块的选型,以及PLC接线设计,组装了控制柜。控制柜在生产中运行良好。

Design and implementation of control cabinet of electrolytic machine tool based on PLC
Abstract:Electrochemical machining process has no electrode loss and no mechanical stress, using only a single electrode can be repeated production of unlimited quantity of products, and the workpiece does not produce the oxide layer, without the need for subsequent processing and other advantages, so it is widely applied in the field of aerospace, mold production.The ECM machine tool is made up of the lathe body, control cabinet, power cabinet and other auxiliary devices. The control cabinet is used to control the whole machine tool operation, which is an important part of the electrochemical machining machine. Based on Siemens S7-200 PLC, the cabinet and control panel of the electrolytic machine control cabinet were designed, and the selection of CPU and expansion module, and the design of PLC connection were completed, and the control cabinet was assembled. The control cabinet runs well in production.
