摘要:糖基化壁磷壁酸与金黄色葡萄球菌的致病性、噬菌体敏感性、耐药性、免疫原性密切相关,是一个新的、潜在的可用于防治金黄色葡萄球菌感染的免疫靶点,其主要是由4号位α/β-GlcNAc修饰的核糖酯磷酸酯(RboP)重复单元构成。本文采用化学合成方法,从简单易得的乙酰氨基葡萄糖和D-核糖出发,通过12步的反应,分别以18%和24%的产率合成两种构型的单体。该中间体将被用于进一步制备MRSA的糖抗原决定簇-多聚糖基化核糖醇磷酸酯的研究。

Chemical synthesis of glycosylated teichoic acid building blocks from Staphylococcus aureus
Abstract:Glycosylated wall teichoic acid is closely related to the pathogenicity, bacteriophage sensitivity, drug resistance and immunogenicity of Staphylococcus aureus, and is a new and potential immunological target for the prevention and treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection.Wall teichoic acid is mainly composed of ribitol phosphate (RboP) repeats modified with 4-α / β-GlcNAc. In this report, two key building blocks were chemical synthesized in 12-step reactionwith yields of 18% and 24%, respectively, starting from cheap and commercial availabile acetaminoglucose and D-ribose . These building blocks will be used to further prepare the carbohydrate antigenic determinant of MRSA - glycosylated ribitol phosphate.
