以ZIF-67/葡萄糖球为模板合成的氮掺杂多孔碳负载铂纳米颗粒用于甲醇氧化

摘要:本文以金属有机框架(ZIF-67)为碳源和氮源,葡萄糖碳球为外加碳源,碳化刻蚀后得到氮掺杂的多孔碳。然后用微波辅助多元醇法制备氮掺杂多孔碳担载的铂催化剂(Pt/NC)用于甲醇氧化。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、循环伏安等方法对该催化剂进行了物理和电化学表征。研究表明,该催化剂表现出优异的甲醇氧化性能,其电化学活性表面积为64.3 m2g-1,质量比活性可达550mA mg-1 Pt。因此,Pt/NC是较为理想的甲醇氧化催化剂。

N-doped Porous Carobon Derived From ZIF-67/Glucose spheres Supported Pt Nanoparticles for Methanol Oxidation
Abstract:IThe nitrogen-doped porous carbon was prepared using the metal-organic framework (ZIF-67) as nitrogen and carbon source, glucose spheres as additional carbon source. The Pt/NC catalysts were obtained by a microwave-assisted polyol process after carbonization and etching of nitrogen-doped porous carbon. The catalysts were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and cyclic voltammetry. Studies have shown that the catalyst has excellent methanol oxidation performance, the electrochemically active specific surface areas of Pt/NC is 64.3 m2g-1 and the mass activity has reached 550mA mg-1 Pt, which suggest that the Pt/NC catalyst is a promising catalyst for methonal oxidation.
