大屏幕触摸设备中文手写输入特性研究

摘要:随着触屏技术的发展,大屏幕触摸设备也随之普及流行,各厂商也都有相应的主流产品出现;与此同时手写输入逐渐也成为了主流的输入方式之一。为了探索大屏触摸设备上的中文手写输入特性,本文采用实验方法研究了不同输入姿态(坐、躺、卧)下,输入区域大小及输入位置对输入绩效及主观满意度的影响,通过来自12名被试的实验数据分析发现:(1) 输入姿态对输入效果的影响主要体现在准确率和满意度上(坐>躺>卧),而对输入速度和操作精度不存在影响,输入姿态与输入位置在满意度上还存在交互效应,(2) 不同的输入位置对应着不同的特性:中间位置的输入速度和满意度最高,右上位置的输入准确率最高,上方位置的操作精度更好,(3) 输入区域大小对输入效应的影响有连续性,中等大小表现最佳,而小于屏幕面积的15%时显著下降,区域越小,效果越差。

The characteristics of chinese handwriting input on large touch screen devices
Abstract:With the development of touch screen technology, large touch screen devices are becoming more and more popular. And all the manufacturers have also released their own products accordingly. At the same time, handwriting input has gradually become one of the mainstream input methods. To explore the characteristicsof Chinese handwriting input on large touch screen devices, this paper uses experiments to find out how size and location of the input area affects performance and satisfaction of handwriting input in different posture (sitting position, lying posture, and prone position).By analyzing the experimental data from 12 subjects, it\'s found that: (1) The influence of posture on input performance is mainly reflected in accuracy and satisfaction (sitting position > lying posture > prone position), but it has nothing to do with input speed and operational accuracy. And furthermore, there\'s interactive effects on the satisfaction of posture and input area location. (2) Different input area locations have different features, in the middle, input speed and satisfaction are best, in the upper right, the input accuracy is best, in the upper position, the operation precision is better. (3) The influence of input area size on performance is continuous, and the medium size is the best. When less than 15% of the screen\'s area, the smaller it is, the worse it performs.
