单味中药及其单体抗胃癌基础研究进展

摘要:目的:整理单味中药及其单体对胃癌细胞及移植瘤的作用效果和机制,探讨单味中药及其单体抗胃癌的实验研究方法及规律。方法:搜索并整理单味中药及其单体对胃癌细胞及移植瘤研究的文献,整理各单味中药及其单体对胃癌的作用效果及机制。结果:单味中药及其单体抗胃癌的基础研究中,本文共收集了61味中药在抗胃癌方面的基础研究,其中清热药最多。单味中药及其单体主要在抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞调亡、调节细胞信号传导、抑制端粒酶活性、抑制肿瘤血管生长、逆转多药耐药、抑制细胞转移等方面发挥抗胃癌的作用。结论:单味中药及其单体可安全、有效的抑制胃癌细胞及移植瘤的生长。

Advances in the Fundamental Research on the Anti-Tumor Activity of Single Chinese Herbs and their Components
Abstract:Abstract: Aim: To investigate the pharmacological activities and mechanisms of single Chinese herbs and their active components on gastric cancer cells and metastatic tumors, and to explore the experimental methods applied in the research. Methods: Literatures on the effects of single Chinese herbs and their components on gastric cancer cells and metastatic tumors were searched and analyzed for their pharmacological activities and mechanisms of action. Results: The majority of the 61 herbs analyzed in this paper have heat-clearing property. The herbs and their components exhibited anti-tumor activity through suppressing cancer cell proliferation, inducing apoptosis, regulating cellular signaling pathways, inactivating telomerase, reversing multidrug resistance, and inhibiting angiogenesis and metastasis. Conclusion: Single Chinese herbs and their components are safe and effective in inhibiting gastric cancer cell and metastatic tumor growth.
