摘要:电解加工具有加工的材料范围广、生产率高、加工的工件表面质量高等优点,因此被广泛应用于航空航天、模具加工等领域中。可编程控制器(PLC)具有编程容易、组态灵活、安装方便等优点,被应用于各种控制领域。触摸屏可以有效的减少电解机床控制柜操作面板上的按钮数目,降低接线难度。PLC通过高速脉冲输出口与伺服驱动器相连,实现对伺服电机的控制,从而控制阴极以不同的速度前进或后退。将PLC与触摸屏通过通讯电缆连接,实现控制过程的可视化并增强操作的方便性。

Control program design of electrolytic machine tool based on SIEMENS S7-200PLC and touch screen
Abstract:Electrochemical machining (ECM) has many advantages, such as wide material range, high productivity and high surface quality. Therefore, it is widely used in aerospace, mold processing and other fields. Programmable logic controller (PLC) has the advantages of easy programming, flexible configuration, convenient installation and so on. It is applied to various control fields. The touch screen can effectively reduce the number of buttons on the operation panel of the electrolytic machine control cabinet and reduce the difficulty of the wiring. PLC is connected to the servo drive through the high speed pulse output port to control the servo motor, thus controlling the cathode to move forward or back at different speeds. The PLC and touch screen are connected through the communication cable to realize the visualization of the control process and enhance the convenience of the operation.
