高速弧齿锥齿轮C型减振环仿真研究

摘要:本文基于有限元方法,建立了弧齿锥齿轮附加C型减振环的有限元模型,并对其进行了有、无减振环情况下的高速瞬态对比分析,从时域和频域上验证了减振环的减振效果。最后探究了C型减振环的安装间隙对系统振动特性的影响规律,每个振动系统都一个合适的安装间隙,过大和过小的安装间隙都会导致减振效果的下降,根据这一规律可以指导减振环在齿轮传动系统中的设计,具有一定的工程实用意义与价值。

Finite Element Analysis of Spiral Bevel Gear with C-Type Damping Ring
Abstract:Based on the finite element method, the finite element model of the additional C-type damping ring with spiral bevel gear is established. Then low-speed transient analysis and high-speed transient analysis of the model is carried out, the damping effect of the damping ring is verified in the time and frequency domain. Finally, the influence rule of the installation gap of C damping ring on the vibration characteristics of the system is explored. Every vibration system has a suitable installation gap, too large and too small installation gap will lead to the reduction of vibration reduction effect. Thus guiding the design of the damping ring in the gear transmission system, has certain engineering significance and value.
