早产儿母乳脂肪酸构成特征研究

摘要:本研究旨在探究早产儿产妇的临床和体质特征对母乳脂肪酸组成的影响,并为母乳功能性脂肪酸鉴定和预防早产儿疾病的可能性提供依据。招募59名健康的早产儿产妇,采集产后4±3,11±3,30±3,60±3和90±3天的母乳,采用气相色谱检测母乳的脂肪酸组成,并通过统计学方法分析影响因素。结果表明:1)产后3个月内,母乳中的脂肪含量随着哺乳期发展先上升后下降;2)母乳的脂肪酸组成会受到产妇临床和体质特征的影响,包括哺乳期、妊娠期、孕前BMI、身高和年龄,但基本不受产妇孕期增重、胎次和分娩方式的影响。

Fatty Acids Composition of Preterm Milk
Abstract:The aim of this paper is to investigate the effects of maternal clinical and physical characteristics on fatty acids composition in preterm milk, and to further support the possibility that fatty acids in breast milk may can diagnose or prevent preterm diseases. Brest milk samples (4±3, 11±3, 30±3, 60±3 and 90±3 days post-partum) were collected from 59 healthy women delivering preterm infants. Fatty acids composition in milk was determined with GC and was further analyzed with statistical software. The fat content in breast milk raised first and then decreased with the development of lactation period during 3 month after delivery. And the fatty acids composition in preterm milk was affected by maternal clinical and physical characteristics, including lactation, gestation, pre-pregnancy BMI, height and age, but has little relevance to maternal weight gain during pregnancy, parity and delivery mode.
