铝合金点焊过程中弥散强化铜电极的磨损研究

摘要:铝合金的电阻点焊过程中,电极与工件容易产生铜铝合金化、铝合金粘附等现象,导致电极磨损和焊接质量缺陷的产生。本文研究了铝合金电阻点焊过程中电极磨损规律,以及电极磨损与电极修磨对焊接质量的影响,通过试验观察焊接过程中电极端面的变化与焊接接头的质量变化规律。
