沥青混合料加铺层抗反射裂缝性能研究

摘要:针对沥青混合料加铺层抗反射裂缝性能缺乏有效评价方法的问题,采用OT试验,对级配类型、沥青类型、拉伸位移、试验温度、试件厚度进行了研究。结果表明,OT试验适用于评价沥青混合料加铺层抗反射裂缝性能;25℃时,级配类型对抗裂性能有重要影响,SMA-10抗裂性能最优,15℃时,沥青类型影响更大,KWG特种改性沥青抗裂性能最优;试验温度、加载位移应根据地区气候特点、材料类型进行选择;试件厚度影响巨大,增加厚度可有效延缓反射裂缝的发展。

Research on anti-cracking performance of asphalt mixture overlay
Abstract:Accord to the lack of method on anti- reflection crack performance of asphalt mixture overlay, gradation type, asphalt type, tensile deformation, test temperature and sample thickness were studied using overlay test. The result shows that, overlay test is suit to evaluate anti- reflection crack performance of asphalt mixture overlay. Gradation type has significant influence on anti-cracking performance at 25℃, and SMA-10 is the best. While, asphalt type has better influence at 15℃, and KWG modified asphalt is the best. We should test temperature and tensile deformation according to climatic characteristics and material at different region. Sample thickness has huge impact on anti- reflection crack performance. And, the development of crack could be delayed by adding thickness.
