基于正向FTF方法的汽车转向系统可靠性分析

摘要:基于某校企合作项目的重型商用车故障数据和实验数据,对该重型商用车转向系统进行正向FTF方法的可靠性分析。正向FTF方法主要包括可靠性框图、FMECA、FTA三大部分。论文以某校企合作项目的重型商用车为例建立该汽车转向系统的可靠性框图;以企业提供的整车故障数据和实验数据资料为基础,对重型商用车失效模式进行分析总结。并依托实验失效案例,对各类失效模式对应的失效后果,严重度,风险度等进行总结并建立汽车转向系统的FMECA表格;基于汽车转向系统可靠性框图和FMECA表,建立该系统的故障树,并对该系统进行FTA分析,基于FTA的分析结果,对其提出优化措施,为企业提供了在整车设计时转向系统可靠性的设计依据。

Reliability analysis of automobile steering system based on forward FTF method
Abstract:Based on the fault data and experimental data of a heavy commercial vehicle of a school enterprise cooperation project, the reliability of the steering system of the heavy commercial vehicle is analyzed by forward FTF method. The forward FTF method mainly includes the three parts of the reliability block diagram, the FMECA and the FTA. Taking the heavy commercial vehicle of a school enterprise cooperation project as an example, the reliability block diagram of the steering system is established. Based on the vehicle failure data and experimental data, the failure modes of heavy commercial vehicle are analyzed and summarized. Based on the experimental and failure cases, the failure consequence, various failure modes corresponding to the severity of the risk were summarized and the establishment of the automotive steering system form FMECA; automotive steering system reliability block diagram and FMECA table based on the fault tree of the system is established, and the FTA analysis of the system, based on the results of FTA analysis, put forward the optimization measures, provide a basis for design of steering system reliability in vehicle design for enterprises.
