摘要:采用液相还原法,在不同温度下制备出具有不同尺寸的金属锡纳米颗粒。紫外-可见光谱及有限元仿真的结果共同表明,当金属锡纳米颗粒的尺寸变大时,其表面等离子共振峰将从紫外光区红移至可见光区。具有可调制表面等离子性质的金属锡纳米颗粒有望在硅基光电、光伏器件中发挥重要作用。

Liquid phase synthesis of metallic Sn nanoparticles and their tunable surface plasmonic performance
Abstract:Metallic Sn nanoparticles (β-Sn NPs) with different diameters have been prepared at different temperatures by a liquid phase method. The results of UV-Vis spectra and finite element simulations indicate that the peaks resulting from the localized surface plasmon resonance will red shift from UV to visible region with increasing of the size of the nanoparticles. The β-Sn NPs with tunable surface plasmonic performance could play an important role in the Si-based optoelectronic and photovoltaic devices.
