壳聚糖酶解液的超滤分离技术研究

摘要:本文利用超滤膜分离技术对壳聚糖酶解液分离纯化进行了研究。以膜通量、壳寡糖透过率和蛋白质截留率为评价指标,考察了操作压力、操作温度、料液浓度、料液pH等关键工艺参数对壳寡糖分离纯化的影响,得到了壳聚糖酶解液超滤分离纯化过程中各单因素对分离纯化效果的影响规律,结合实际生产操作条件与要求,确定了最优工艺条件为:操作压力0.20 MPa,操作温度30 ℃,料液浓度2%,料液pH 4.0,此时膜通量为12.26 L*m-2*h-1,壳寡糖透过率为75.90%,蛋白质截留率为82.50%。

Study on ultrafiltration separation of chitosan enzymatic hydrolysis
Abstract:In this paper, ultrafiltration membrane separation was used to study the separation and purification of hydrolysis from chitosan by enzymatic method. The membrane flux, COS transmittance and protein removal rate were used as indices, the influence of operating pressure, temperature, feed concentration and pH on the purification efficiencies were studied. The effect of single factor on the separation and purification in the process of ultrafiltration of chitosan enzymatic hydrolysis was obtained. According to the actual operating conditions and requirements, the results were as follows: operating pressure 0.20 MPa, operating temperature 30 ℃ , feed concentration 2%, pH 4.0. Under these conditions, the membrane flux was 12.26 L * m-2 * h-1, COS transmittance was 75.90% and the protein removal rate was 62.50%.
