新型生物转笼处理高盐榨菜废水运行策略研究

摘要:基于生物转盘改进的生物转笼反应器具有生物量大、启动快、抗盐度和污染物冲击负荷能力强等优点,是处理高盐榨菜废水的优选方法。本研究通过考察不同COD和NH4+-N进水负荷对反应器污染物分布规律及去除效能的影响,探究生物转笼反应器的合理运行条件及优化策略。结果表明在高盐环境下,进水COD面积负荷不超过22.69gCOD/(m2od)时,转笼的COD去除率可保持在80%左右;进水NH4+-N面积负荷不超过0.91gN/(m2od)时,NH4+-N去除率可保持在94%以上;污染物沿程的分布特征表明该反应器具备一定的推流式反应器特征。因此,在该限定条件下,生物转笼反应器对榨菜废水等高盐、高有机物、高氮废水具有良好的污染物去除效果。本研究将为高盐工业废水处理领域的工程应用提供可行的技术和优化运行的策略。

Research on best control strategy of new Rotating Biological Cage used for mustard tuber wastewater treatment
Abstract:Rotating Biological Cage was improved based on the Rotating Biological Contactor.It has characteristics of high biomass,quick starting velocity,powerful ability of anti-shock loading of salinity and pollutants,so it is a kind of advanced technology in mustard tuber wastewater treatment.In order to explore the operation strategy of Rotating Biological Cage,the wiping off effect and the distribution of COD and ammonia-nitrogen with the differ influent load were studied.Results showed that,under salty environments,when COD area load was less than 22.69gCOD/(m2od),COD removal efficiency turned to be 80%.When NH4+-N area load was less than 0.91gN/(m2od),NH4+-N removal efficiency turned to be more than 94%.The distribution of pollutant along the way showed that Rotating Biological Cage was similar to a plug flow reactor.Therefore,under the limiting condition, Rotating Biological Cage has a good treatment effect on high strength wastewater with high salinity and high nitrogen,such as mustard tuber wastewater.This study will provide feasible technology and optimal operation strategy for industrial wastewater treatment.
