微织构刀具对已加工表面粗糙度的试验研究

摘要:本文使用表面微织构聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具切削TC6钛合金,研究织构因素对已加工表面粗糙度的影响。采用正交试验设计,在不同织构因素下进行切削试验。结果表明:凹坑深度h对表面粗糙度Ra影响最大,Ra随凹坑深度h的增大而升高;凹坑直径d、凹坑面积占有率c和织构与主切削刃之间的距离a对Ra影响较小,Ra随凹坑面积占有率c的增大而降低,随凹坑直径d和织构与主切削刃之间的距离a的增大而升高。得到在PCBN刀具引入合理的微织构,可明显降低Ra,当织构与主切削刃间距a=0.15mm,凹坑直径d=80μm,凹坑深度h=5μm,面积占有率c=20%时,获得的Ra最小。

Experimental study on The machined surface roughness of Micro-texture tool
Abstract:Ihe influence of texture factors on the surface roughness was studied by using the surface microtexture PCBN tool machining TC6 titanium alloy,by orthogonal test design, the cutting test was carried out under different texture factors. The depth of pits has the largest influence on the surface roughness, and the surface roughness increases with the increase of the pit depth. The diameter and the area occupancy of the pits as well as the distance between texture and main cutting edge effect on surface roughness is small, The surface roughness decreases with the increase of the area occupancy of the pits, and increases with the increase of the diameter of the pits as well as the distance between texture and main cutting edge. The PCBN tools with the appropriate surface texture could improve its surface roughness. when the distance between texture and main cutting edge a=0.15mm,Experimental study on The machined surface roughness of Micro-texture toolthe diameter of pits d=80μm,the depth of pits h=5μm,the area occupancy of pits c=20%,the surface roughness is minimal.
