基于LabVIEW的TH2827C数字电桥多功能测量系统开发

摘要:利用LabVIEW2016开发了基于TH2827C精密LCR数字电桥的多功能测量系统。采用USB 2.0转RS232串口线实现计算机USB端口与TH2827C数字电桥RS232端口的物理连接。该系统中驱动程序部分利用LabVIEW中的串口通讯函数与子VI进行开发,实现TH2827C数字电桥与计算机的通讯功能。在集成TH2827C数字电桥前面板测量功能的基础上,测量系统增加了图形化实时显示测量数据、频率范围设定、自动扫频以及海量数据存储等功能。

Development of TH2827C Digital Electric Bridge Measurement System Based on LabVIEW
Abstract:By using the virtual instrument software LabVIEW, a multi-functional measurement system was designed based on TH2827C Digital Electric Bridge.The function of communication between PC and TH2827C Digital Electric Bridge was achieved by LabVIEW\'s serial communication functions and sub VI. Physical connections between USB port of PC and TH2827C Digital Electric Bridge were realized with USB serial port line. On the basis of the integration of the front panel measuring functions of TH2827C Digital Electric Bridge,the additional functions were added to the measurement system, such as graphical displaying of TH2827C Digital Electric Bridge, frequency setting and massive data storage.
