星孢菌素在口腔颞下颌关节盘组织工程中的应用

摘要:目的是为解决颞下颌关节盘自组装基体收缩的问题提供参考。颞下颌关节盘细胞自组装基体在生长过程中出现的体积收缩现象机理不明,有研究认为可能与细胞骨架蛋白肌动蛋白(actin)的收缩效应有关。本综述旨在通过一种细胞激酶抑制剂-星孢菌素(staurosporine, STA),干预细胞骨架代谢,探索对关节盘细胞actin和细胞外基质代谢的影响,阐明可能导致自组装基体收缩的机制。

Application of Staurosporine in Tissue Engineering of Oral Temporomandibular Joint Disc
Abstract:The purpose of this review is to provide a reference for researchers of solving the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disc cells self-assembly construct contraction. The mechanism of construct contraction in the process of self-assembly of TMJ disc cells is still unknown. Some studies suggested that it might be related to the contractile effect of cytoskeleton actin. The aim of this review is to investigate the effects of STA on actin and extracellular matrix (ECM) metabolism of TMJ disc cells in vitro and to elucidate the mechanism that may lead to self-assembly construct contraction.
