内胀式锥面弹性夹具的分析计算

摘要:本文基于ANSYS Workbench软件,对可以有效夹持薄壁圆筒件的内胀式锥面弹性夹具进行有限元仿真分析,确定该夹具结构,并得到计算的胀紧力、夹爪变形和薄壁圆筒件夹持变形情况。利用正交试验表安排计算参数,通过逐步回归分析法建立胀紧力和薄壁圆筒件最大径向夹持变形回归方程,得到胀紧力和薄壁圆筒件最大径向夹持变形与重要夹具结构参数、薄壁圆筒件尺寸参数、回转液压油缸拉力之间的关系。

Analysis of the Internal Cone Expansion Chuching
Abstract:In this paper, the internal cone expansion chucking which can effectively hold the thin-walled cylinder is analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench software, the structure of the fixture is determined, the calculation result of clamping force, claw deformation and the clamping deformation of the thin-walled cylinder is obtained. The orthogonal table is used to arrange calculation parameters, The regression equations of the clamping force and the clamping deformation are obtained by the stepwise regression analysis method, The relationship between the champing force , the maximum radial clamping deformation of the thin-walled cylinder and the important structural parameters of fixture, the size parameters of the thin-walled cylinder, the pulling force of the rotary hydraulic cylinder is obtained.
