直线滚柱导轨静态刚度特性分析

摘要:通过切片法以及弹性力学相关理论,分析计算直线滚柱导轨的线刚度、旋转刚度、偏摆刚度、俯仰刚度,建立了直线滚柱导轨结合部的五刚度动力学模型;以一款直线滚柱导轨为对象,分析计算其结合部刚度特性,并与实验值进行比对。研究结果表明,本文填补了传统研究中直线滚柱导轨角刚度计算方法的空白,且模型的准确性较好。

Static Characteristic Stiffness Analysis of Roller Guideway
Abstract:The five stiffness dynamic model of roller guideway is built by applying Slicing Method and Theory of Elastic into the calculation of its line stiffness,rotation stiffness,pitching stiffness,yawning stiffness.A roller guideway is selected as an example,the joint stiffness characteristic is analyzed and is compared with experimental data.The research results show that it fill the traditional research blank in the aspect of angular stiffness calculation of roller guideway,also the model is proved to have considerable accuracy.
