低速冲击载荷下AHSS双曲板的性能研究

摘要:本文基于von Karman方程和经典的薄壳理论,建立了一组低速冲击载荷作用下的先进高强度钢(AHSS)双曲板的非线性控制方程。通过应用有限差分法和Newmark法,控制方程可以分别在空间域上和时间域上离散,在此基础上,整个问题可以通过迭代法来求解。数值计算结果表明,板的几何参数、材料参数和冲击物的基本参数对低速冲击载荷作用下的AHSS双曲板的无量纲挠度、正应力和接触力有着显著影响。

Investigation on an AHSS doubly curved panel under low velocity impact
Abstract:Based on the von Karman equation and the classical theory of thin shell, a set of nonlinear governing equations for an advanced high strength steel (AHSS) doubly curved panel subjected to low velocity impact is deduced, and these equations are expressed with displacements of the mid-plane. By using the finite difference method and the Newmark method, the unknown variable functions are discretized in space and time domains, and the whole problem is solved through iterative method. Numerical results show that the panel\'s geometrical parameters, material properties and the impactor\'s parameters have great influences on the non-dimensional deflection, normal stress and contact force of the AHSS doubly curved panel that subjected to low velocity impact.
