重金属及有机氯农药复合污染对凤眼莲生理生化指标的影响

摘要:实验采用含有Cd(II)、Cu(II)、Pb(II)及有机氯农药的模拟污水,探究了凤眼莲在不同复合污染培养条件下,重金属和有机氯农药对其叶绿体色素、可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等生理生化指标活性的影响。实验结果表明,多重金属和多金属-有机氯农药复合污染对凤眼莲的胁迫最大;有机氯农药污染对凤眼莲的胁迫作用随其初始浓度的升高而增大;单金属污染条件下,其对凤眼莲生理生化指标的影响与重金属种类有关。

Effects of heavy metal and organochlorine pesticides on physiological and biochemical indexes of water hyacinth
Abstract:In this experiment, simulated wastewater containing Cd(II), Cu(II), Pb(II) and organochlorine pesticides was used to study the effects on physiological and biochemical indicators of water hyacinth, including the chloroplast pigments, soluble sugar, malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). The experimental results show that the composite polluted by multi-metal and multi-metal-organochlorine pesticides has the greatest stress on water hyacinth. The stress of organochlorine pesticide on water hyacinth increased with its initial concentration. Under the condition of mono-metal pollution, the effects on the physiological and biochemical indexes of water hyacinth are related to the heavy metal species.
