基于MEMS技术的漫反射近红外光谱仪鉴别掺伪珍珠粉

摘要:搭建基于MEMS技术的漫反射近红外光谱仪,在1000 ~ 2500 nm波长范围内采集样品光谱,该光谱仪可以实现珍珠粉多元掺假的定性、定量鉴别。样品集在SNV预处理后的基于主成分分析的马氏距离判别法聚类珍珠粉、牡蛎粉、淀粉和滑石粉四种粉末,正确率均为100%;在偏最小二乘法建立的掺伪定量分析模型下结合特征波段、光谱预处理方法及主成分数的优化,掺假牡蛎粉、淀粉和滑石粉的预测集决定系数分别是0.9761、0.9897和0.9961,结果满足对掺伪珍珠粉进行定量分析的需求。

Distinction the adulterated pearl powder using the diffuse reflection near-infrared spectroscopy based on MEMS technology
Abstract:A diffuse reflection near-infrared spectrometer based on MEMS technology which can collect the spectrum of sample in the wavelength range from 1000 to 2500 nm was builded. The spectrometer can identify the qualitative and quantitative for multiple adulteration of pearl powder. The Mahalanobis distance discrimination method based on principal component analysis for the sample set after SNV pretreatment was used to cluster four kinds of powder, such as pearl powder, oyster powder, starch and talc powder, the correct rate was 100%; the Partial Least Squares method was established the quantitative analysis model, the combination of characteristic bands, spectral pretreatment methods and the optimization of the number of principal components were used. The calibrate correlation coefficient of the quantitative analysis model were 0.9761, 0.9897 and 0.9961. the results shows that the portable near infrared spectroscopy technique call be used for rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of adulterated pearl powder.
