枪匣机器人砂带磨削技术的实验研究

摘要:机器人砂带磨削方法兼具砂带的弹性高效磨削的特点和机器人的灵活性,能够实现具有复杂曲面枪匣的全型面磨削加工,但现有的技术条件难以保证加工的精度要求。结合接触轮式砂带磨削的特点,本文提出了运用一种带浮动压力可调的砂带磨头同机器人加工相结合的方案,结合模糊控制方法,实现对加工过程中的压力自适应调节。实验表明:运用浮动带补偿功能的砂带磨头结合机器人技术,配合相应的工艺参数对枪匣进行加工可以显著提升枪匣的精度和表面质量。

Experimental Research on Rifle Receiver Robot Floating Belt Grinding Technology
Abstract:Robotic belt grinding method is able to achieve complex curved rifle receiver full-surface grindingcombiningflexibility and efficiency of abrasive belts and flexibility of robot processing, but the existing technical conditions are difficult to guarantee the surface quality and precision machining requirements.Based on the characteristics of contact wheeled belt grinding,In this paper, a scheme of combining belt floating and adjustable grinding head with robot machining is presented combined with fuzzy control method to achieve the pressure in the process of adaptive adjustment.Experiments show that the accuracy and surface quality of the rifle receiver can be significantly improved by applying this scheme and appropriate process parameters.
