亚热带3种人工林土壤微生物量、群落结构和酶活性季节特征

摘要:以我国亚热带杉木、木荷和台湾相思人工林为研究对象,采用氯仿熏蒸、磷脂脂肪酸标记法(PLFA)和微孔板-酶标仪技术对土壤样品的微生物量、群落结构和4种水解酶活性进行测定。分析树种和季节变化对土壤微生物量、群落结构和酶活性的影响。结果表明: 树种和季节变化对土壤微生物量、群落结构和酶活性具有显著影响。冬、春季台湾相思土壤磷脂脂肪酸含量中Total PLFAs、Fungi、GP、GN、AMF和ACT均显著高于木荷和杉木林,而夏、秋季差异不显著。3种人工林土壤水解酶酶活性最高值均出现在秋、冬季节。冗余分析表明,土壤可溶性有机碳(DOC)含量、温度、凋落物碳含量与特征磷脂脂肪酸含量呈显著相关。相关分析表明,土壤全氮,硝态氮、矿质氮,可溶性有机碳(DOC)、氮(DON)以及速效磷含量与土壤微生物量以及βG、NAG、AP活性显著相关。

Seasonl changs in microbial biomass, activity and community structure in soil under three subtropical plantion forest.
Abstract:By using fumigation extraction , phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) and microwell plate methods,this research studied the quantities of soil microbia biomass, community structure and enzyme activity under plantations of three-different tree species in subtropical China. The effects of tree species and seasonal variation on soil microbial biomass, community structure and enzyme activity were analyzed. The results showed that tree species and seasonal variation had significant effects on soil microbial biomass, community structure and enzyme activity. In winter and spring, Total PLFAs, Fungi, GP, GN, AMF and ACT in Acacia confusa Merr were significantly higher than those in Cunninghamia lanceolata and Schima superba, while the differences in summer and autumn were not significant. The highest levels of soil hydrolytic enzyme activity in 3 plantations were observed in autumn and winter. Redundant analysis shows that soil dossolved organic carbon (DOC) content, temperature, and carbon content of litters were significantly correlated with the content of fatty acid. Relevant analysis shows that soil total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, mineral nitrogen, dissolved organic carbon (DOC), nitrogen (DON), and the content of available phosphorus were significantly correlated with soil microbial biomass, as well as the activity of β G, NAG and AP.
