长链非编码RNA在肺癌中的研究进展

摘要:肺癌是全球发病率及死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断和治疗对降低肺癌死亡率具有重要意义。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,参与了基因表达调控、转录、核内运输等多个生物过程。lncRNA的异常表达与多种恶性肿瘤具有相关性。本文综述lncRNA在肺癌中的异常表达,并讨论lncRNA作为肺癌诊断、预后生物标志物的潜在可能性。

Long non-coding RNAs in lung cancers
Abstract:Lung cancer is a malignant tumor type with the highest morbidity and mortality globally. Early diagnosis and treatment can effectively reduce the mortality of lung cancer. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a class of non-coding RNAs with at least 200 nucleotides in length and is widely involved in multiple biological processes, including gene expression, transcription and nuclear transport. Dysregulate expression of lncRNA is associated with a variety of malignancies. This review summarizes the dysregulate expression of lncRNA in lung cancer and discusses their potential clinical applicationLong non-coding RNAs in lung cancerss as diagnosis and prognosis biomarkers of lung cancer.
