基于前馈和改进PID的汽车电子节气门控制策略研究

摘要:本文建立了电子节气门的系统模型。针对电子节气门中复位弹簧的非线性特性,设计了前馈补偿器将系统转化为线性系统;针对传统PID控制的不足和被控电子节气门的特性,设计了包含死区的变速积分环节和包含低通滤波的微分环节;通过MATLAB仿真证明了算法良好的控制特性。最后,通过阶跃响应实验和正弦曲线跟随实验验证了所设计的控制算法实现了电子节气门预期的控制目标。

Control strategy design of automobile electronic throttle based on feedforward and improved PID
Abstract:This paper establishes a system model of electronic throttle. Aimed at the nonlinear characteristics of the return spring in the electronic throttle, a feedforward compensator is designed to convert the system into a linear system. In view of the deficiencies of the traditional PID control and the characteristics of the controlled electronic throttle, a improved PID controler having dead zone, variable speed characteristic in integrator, and filter in differentiator is designed. The algorithm performs well in simulation. Finally, it is verified that the control algorithm realizes the expected control target of electronic throttle by step response experiment.
