具有促进排便作用乳杆菌的筛选与功能评价

摘要:乳杆菌作为人和动物肠道的共生菌,具有良好的的益生特性,其中调节肠道功能的作用是其基础益生功能。本研究以45株不同种的乳杆菌为研究对象,通过耐酸耐胆盐特性、低聚糖利用能力以及产短链脂肪酸能力的研究,并结合乳杆菌抗生素安全性评价筛选出三株具有良好生理特性的乳杆菌,分别为干酪乳杆菌LC9,发酵乳杆菌LF37和鼠李糖乳杆菌LR45。将这三株菌对小鼠进行周期为15天的菌液灌胃,检验是否具有调节肠道功能的作用。结果表明,干酪乳杆菌LC9可以提高肠道转运能力,增加粪便含水量和短链脂肪酸含量,具有促进排便的保健功能;发酵乳杆菌LF37和鼠李糖乳杆菌LR45可以提高肠道转运能力,增加粪便短链脂肪酸含量,具有促进排便的保健功能

Screening and evaluating of Lactobacillus to promote defecation
Abstract:Lactobacillus, as a symbiotic bacteria in human and animal intestines, has good probiotic characteristics, and the function of regulating intestinal function is the basic probiotic function. In this study, 45 strains of Lactobacillus species as the research object, through the research on the acid and bile salt tolerance, oligosaccharide utilization and ability to produce short chain fatty acids, combined with Lactobacillus antibiotic security, obtained three strains with good physical properties, were Lactobacillus casei LC9, Lactobacillus fermentum LF37 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR45. The three strains of bacteria were administered to the mice for a period of 15 days to test wether they have the effect of regulating intestinal function. The results showed that Lactobacillus casei LC9 can improve intestinal transport capacity, increase fecal water content and the content of short chain fatty acids, can promote bowel health functions; Lactobacillus fermentum LF37 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR45 can improve intestinal transport capacity, increase fecal content of short chain fatty acids, can promote bowel health care function.
