盾壳霉产品贮存稳定性研究

摘要:本文对小盾壳霉产品的贮存稳定性进行了研究,以对确定其在推广过程的储运条件提供理论依据。对小盾壳霉制剂和不加辅料的小盾壳霉孢子粉分别采用铝箔普通包装和真空包装两种不同包装形式,并置于室温、5℃、25℃、35℃等不同温度条件下进行贮存,测定不同贮存条件下小盾壳霉的孢子萌发率和对菌核的致腐率。结果显示,小盾壳霉制剂在真空包装条件下更容易失去活性,尤其是在较高温度条件下。采用普通包装在室温条件下贮存6个月其致腐率还保持80%以上,维持其活性,而低温贮存可以显著延长其有效期。因此,考虑储运成本和实际使用条件,建议小盾壳霉产品采用普通包装,室温储运,有效期控制在6个月,如果需要延长有效期,需要冷链运输和低温贮存。

Study on storage stability of Coniothyrium minitans products
Abstract:In this paper, the storage stability of theConiothyrium minitansproduct was studied, so as to provide theoretical basis for determining its storage and transportation conditions in the promotion process. The Coniothyrium minitans preparation andConiothyrium minitans spore powder without supplementary material were used in two different packaging forms of aluminum foil (ordinary packingand vacuum packing), and stored at room temperature,5℃,25℃and35℃, respectively. The germination rate of spore and the rotting rate under different storage conditions were measured. The results showed that it was easier to lose activity in vacuum packaging, especially at higher temperature. When stored at room temperature for 6 months, the rotting rate of ordinary packaging is still more than 80%, and its activity is maintained. Low temperature storage can significantly extend its validity. Therefore, considering the cost of storage and transportation and the actual conditions of use, it is suggested that the C.minitans products be used in ordinary packing, storage and transportation at room temperature. The effective period is controlled for 6 months. If it is necessary to extend the validity period, cold chain transportation and low temperature storage are needed.?????
