基于检验时间动态预测的发动机零部件质检任务调度方法研究

摘要:针对发动机零部件质检任务调度问题,本文在综合分析质检人员、质检工具和质检实验室约束以及优化相关变量的基础上,构建任务调度模型。为了准确的预测人员的时间约束,运用流程程序分析法抽象和归类质检任务项,然后结合物料检验数据和物料检验任务分类,构建基于多元线性回归模型的质量检验任务工时模型预测检验耗时。在遗传算法的变异操作中,运用权重因子,增加处于劣势的并行质检单元被选中的概率,提高了收敛速度。通过实例分析,验证了该算法的有效性。

Research on Scheduling Method of Material Quality Inspection Task under Dynamic Prediction of Inspection Time
Abstract:On the basis of the constraints of the comprehensive analysis of personnel, quality inspection tools, quality inspection laboratories and the optimization of relevant variables, this paper built a task scheduling model to solve the problem of engine parts scheduling. In order to predict the time constraints accurately, using process analysis method to abstract and classify quality inspection task, and then combined with material detection data and material detection task classification, this paper constructs a working time prediction model of the quality detection task which bases on multi objective regression model. In the mutation operation of the genetic algorithm, the weight factor is used to increase the probability of selecting the parallel quality inspection unit which is at a disadvantage, and improve the speed of convergence. The validity of the algorithm is verified by an example analysis.
