低温液相合成TiO2纳米片的光催化及低温掺杂性能

摘要:二维结构二氧化钛由于其巨大的比表面积及高效的光生载流子分离效率在光催化及光电转换领域被广泛的研究。文中采用低温液相法合成了超薄的二氧化钛纳米片,主要研究了纳米片对罗丹明B的光催化氧化及对六价铬的光催化还原性能。实验发现中发现二氧化钛纳米片的光催化氧化活性远高于纳米晶颗粒,约为纳米晶的6倍,并且具有良好的循环使用性能;另外纳米片在光催化还原六价铬的过程中发生了低温下的铬离子掺杂,使纳米片产生了可见光响应性,能够在可见光下对六价铬进行较为彻底的还原反应。

Photocatalytic and Low Temperature Doping of TiO2 Nanosheets by Liquid Phase at Low Temperature
Abstract:Two-dimensional structure TiO2 has been widely studied in the field of photocatalysis and photoelectric conversion because of its large specific surface area and efficient separation of photoelectron-hole pairs. In this work, ultrathin TiO2 nanosheets are synthesized by liquid phase method at low temperature and it\'s photocatalytic oxidation for Rhodamine B and photocatalytic reduction for hexavalent chromium are studied. The results demonstrate that the photocatalytic oxidation activity of TiO2 nanosheets is much higher than nanocrystallineparticles, which is about 6 times that of nanocrystals, and TiO2 nanosheets has good durability. In addition, TiO2nanosheetsare dopedwith chromiumionduring the photocatalytic reduction process. Chromium ion doping at low temperature makes the nanosheets have visible light responsiveness and play a good performance for photocatalytic reduction of hexavalent chromium under visible light.
