土壤中5种重金属在丹参体内的吸收及对丹参吸附Bi元素的影响

摘要:为了解中药丹参对在不同浓度重金属胁迫下的生长情况以及对重金属的吸收富集能力, 在四川中江县辑庆镇选取了生长情况一致的丹参作为实验材料。通过盆栽的方法种植并分别测定了其在Hg、Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn复合胁迫下丹参的生物量以及体内各种重金属的含量。结果表明:(1)丹参的根对土壤中5种重金属的吸附量与土壤中的重金属含量呈正相关,随着土壤中重金属含量的增多,丹参体内的重金属含量也相应的增多;(2)丹参对Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn的转运能力较强,能够主动将根部的Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn转移到茎叶中;(3)丹参的根对Cd、Cu、Pb、Zn的滞留率小于0,说明丹参对这4种元素具有一定的耐性;(4)丹参中的Bi含量也会受到土壤中5种重金属的影响,随着5种重金属含量的增加,丹参对Bi的吸收量会减少。

The absorption to five kinds of heavy metals in the soil by Salvia miltiorrhiza and the effect to the adsorption of Bi by Salvia miltiorrhiza
Abstract:In order to study the growth and ability to absorb and enrich heavy metal of Chinese medicine Salvia miltiorrhiza under the stress of different concentrations of heavy metals, the consistent growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Jiqing Town, Zhongjiang County, Sichuan Province was selected as experimental material. By experiment of potted plant ,the biomass and all kinds of heavy metal content in the plant of Salvia miltiorrhiza under the stress of Hg, Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn was measured respectively. The results showed that: (1) The five kinds of heavy metals adsorption capacity of the Salvia miltiorrhiza roots and the heavy metals in soil and heavy metal content in the soil were positively correlated, as the quantity of heavy metal content in the soil increases, the heavy metal content in the Salvia miltiorrhiza also accroadingly increases; (2) The Salvia miltiorrhiza has relatively higher ability to transport Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn, and can transfer Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn from roots to stems and leafs; (3) The retention rate of Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn in the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza which is less than zero suggests Salvia miltiorrhiza have some tolerance against these four elements; (4) The Bi content in Salvia miltiorrhiza can also be influenced by the five kinds of heavy metals in soil. With the increasing of the contents of 5 kinds of heavy metal, the adsorption of Bi by Salvia miltiorrhiza will be reduced.
