基于一种新调制策略的双三相永磁同步电机高频谐波抑制

摘要:双三相永磁同步电机由于容量大、转矩波动小、容错能力高而被广泛应用。然而在双三相PMSM中,由于谐波子平面的存在,高频电流谐波尤其严重,而且高频谐波所产生的高频噪音通常是在人耳听力范围内的。本文所提出的新调制策略能够抑制PWM频率及其奇数倍频率处的高频谐波。为了消除高频噪音,新调制策略只需10kHz的PWM频率就可以达到最大四矢量调制方式20kHz的效果,因此开关损耗被显著降低。新调制策略已被仿真结果证实。

A new modulation strategy for high frequency harmonics supression of dual three-phase PMSM
Abstract:Dual phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is widely used for its large capacity, small torque ripple and high fault tolerance. Because of the existence of z1-z2 plane (harmonic sub-plane), high-frequency harmonics are especially serious for dual three-phase PMSM and High-frequency noise due to high-frequency harmonics is audible to the human ear. The novel SVPWM strategy in this paper can suppress the high-frequency harmonics around PWM frequency and other odd multiples. To remove high-frequency noise, the novel strategy need PWM frequency around 10kHz instead of 20kHz under conventional maximum four-vector SVPWM strategy. Therefore, the switching losses are significantly reduced using the novel strategy. The novel strategy has been verified by simulation results
