摘要:一些小分子化学药物存在水溶性差,无靶向性等缺点,在治疗癌症的过程中易造成较大毒副作用。光热治疗(PTT)具有时间空间双重可控性,利用无毒的材料光照后本身产生的热量造成肿瘤细胞凋亡。因为萘乙酸衍生物(NA-DADO)和β-环糊精接金纳米粒子(Au-CD)的主客体作用,在水溶液中观察到金纳米粒子发生了聚集。之后研究聚集状态下金纳米粒子(Au-Aggr)的光热效应。808 nm的近红外光照5 min时,温度最高能上升到46 ℃。体外细胞毒性结果显示,Au-Aggr对于肿瘤细胞具有良好的杀伤性,且由于体系中透明质酸的存在,对于表面含有HA受体的B16F10细胞的治疗效果最好。

Self-assembly induces gold nanoparticle aggregation for photothermal therapy of cancer cells
Abstract:Some small molecule chemical drugs have some disadvantages like poor water solubility, no targeting and so on. It is easy to cause serious side effects in the treatment of cancer. Photothermal therapy (PTT) has dual spatial and temporal controllability, non-toxic materials generated heat to causes apoptosis of tumor cells by irradiation. Because of the host-guest interaction between naphthaleneacetic acid derivatives (NA-DADO) and β-cyclodextrin gold nanoparticles (Au-CD), aggregation of gold nanoparticles was observed in aqueous solution. Afterwards, the photothermal effect of aggregation of gold nanoparticles (Au-Aggr) was studied. The temperature rises up to 46 C with NIR irradiation for 5 min. The results of in vitro cytotoxicity showed that Au-Aggr had a good killing effect on tumor cells, and due to the presence of hyaluronic acid in the system, the treatment of B16F10 cells with HA receptor on the surface was the best.
