亚硝基苯与γ位双取代烯丙基硼酸的烯丙基化反应研究

摘要:烯丙基硼酸参与的烯丙基化反应相比烯丙基硼酸酯具有相同的高非对映选择性但具有更高的反应活性而逐渐成为一个研究热点,在羰基和亚胺的烯丙基化反应中已得到了较深入的研究,然而γ位双取代的烯丙基硼酸与亚硝基化合物的烯丙基化反应则鲜有文献报道。亚硝基基团的氮原子和氧原子均可作为反应的位点,本文研究了亚硝基苯与γ位双取代的烯丙基硼酸的烯丙基化反应,考察了在不同反应条件下的亚硝基化合物氮和氧反应位点的化学选择性,实现了具有氮或氧原子取代的手性季碳化合物的选择性制备。

The allylboration of nitrosobenzene with γ,γ-disubstituted allylboronic acid
Abstract:Comparing to the commonly used allyl borate, allylboration using allyl boronic acid usually produces comparative diastereoselectivity but exhibits relatively higher reactivity. Significant advancements have been obtained in the allylboration of carbonyl compounds and imines with allyl boronic acid, however, the allylboration of nitroso compounds using this type of allyl reagent is less developed. Both the nitrogen and the oxygen atoms are the potential reaction site of the nitroso compounds. Herein, we report the allylboration of nitrosobenzene with γ,γ-disubstituted allylboronic acid, and different chemo-selectivity can be achieved under different reaction conditions, producing compounds with a nitrogen or oxygen atom-substituted quaternary stereogenic center.
