评测量理论中的二种方差概念解释

摘要:现有测量理论把方差解释为重复测量结果的分散性。但是,在几篇已经出版的文献中,作者提出了一种基于误差无类别哲学的测量误差理论解释方法;在这一新的解释方法中,方差概念解释成了误差的概率区间评价而不是测量结果的发散性。在本论文中,作者将通过比较二种方差概念的形成过程,指出测量结果发散性概念的错误要害,证明误差概率区间概念的正确性。

Comment on two conceptual interpretations of variance in measurement theory
Abstract:The existing measurement theory interprets variance as the dispersion of repeated measurement results. However, in several previously published literatures, the author proposed a new interpretation method of measurement theory based on the concept of error non-classification; in this new interpretation method, the concept of variance is interpreted as the evaluation of probability interval of error, instead of the dispersion of measurement results. In this paper, by comparing the formation process of the two interpretations of variance concept, the author will demonstrate the mistake of existing concept of dispersion of measurement result, and prove the correctness of the concept of probability interval of error.
