创新型企业组织柔性对创新绩效的影响研究-以双元创新力为中介变量

摘要:文章旨在以双元创新力为中介变量,研究创新型企业组织柔性与创新绩效之间的关系,其中组织柔性包括资源可持续度、能力动态性、结构灵活度、知识集聚度、组织柔性度、文化开放度等七个维度,双元创新力则由渐进式创新和突破式创新组成。以武汉市创新型企业为调查研究对象,采用SPSS19.0与Amos22.0统计软件进行数据分析,结果发现:1)组织柔性对创新绩效具有显著影响,且双元创新力在组织柔性与创新绩效中起中介作用;2)知识集聚度对创新绩效的影响效应最大,其次依次为组织柔性度、能力动态性、结构灵活度、文化开放度、资源可持续度。

Research on the impact of organizational flexibility of innovative enterprises on innovation performance-Use binary innovation as the intermediary variable
Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between innovation flexibility and innovation performance with dual innovation capacity as an intermediary variable. Organizational flexibility includes resource sustainability, capability dynamics, structural flexibility, knowledge aggregation, and organizational flexibility. Dual innovation are composed of progressive innovation and breakthrough innovation. Taking Wuhan Innovative Enterprise as the research object, using SPSS19.0 and Amos22.0 statistical software for data analysis, the results show that: 1) organizational flexibility has a significant impact on innovation performance, and dual innovation plays an important role in organizational flexibility and innovation performance; 2) Knowledge concentration has the greatest effect on innovation performance, followed by organizational flexibility, capability dynamics, structural flexibility, cultural openness, and resource sustainability.
