氧化铋光催化剂的改性方法

摘要:Bi2O3具有无毒、廉价、在可见光下响应的特性,具有良好的应用前景,主要有α-Bi2O3、β-Bi2O3、γ-Bi2O3和δ-Bi2O3四种晶型。近年来,国内外对Bi2O3的制备和改性进行了广泛的研究,通过减小带隙、降低光生电子-空穴复合率、增大比表面积等方式,有效提高了Bi2O3的光催化性能。本文对Bi2O3的结构和性质进行了简单分析,对不同改性方法提高Bi2O3催化活性的机理进行了概述,并提出了存在的主要问题。

Modification Methods of Bismuth Oxide Photocatalyst
Abstract:Bi2O3 is nontoxic, cheap, and has the property of absorbing visible light. So, it has good prospects for application. There are four common crystal types of Bi2O3, namely α-Bi2O3, β-Bi2O3, γ-Bi2O3 and δ-Bi2O3. In recent years, people has pay much attention on the preparation and modification of Bi2O3, improving the photocatalytic performance of Bi2O3 effectively. The favorable change can be attributed to the reduction of the band gap, the reduced recombination rate of photogenerated electron-hole pairs, or the increase of the specific surface area and so on. The structure and properties of Bi2O3 are analyzed briefly. The mechanisms of improving the catalytic activity of Bi2O3 by different modification methods are summarized, and the main problems are put forward.
