物联网环境下发动机车间的物料配送方法研究

摘要:随着发动机种类越来越多,发动机装配过程中物料配送的难度也越来越大,为了提高发动机装配车间物料配送的效率及成本,本文提出了物联网环境下发动机装配车间的动态物料配送策略,并对物料配送的主要参数进行计算分析,通过构建以最短路径及最小能耗为目标的动态物料配送路径优化模型,并采用蚁群算法对模型进行运算分析,从而实现对物料配送路径的合理规划,最后以某公司为实例分析,验证了模型与算法的有效性,减少了企业的物料配送成本,提高了企业的物料配送效率。

Research on Material Distribution Method of Engine Workshop under Internet of Things
Abstract:With the increasing number of engine types, the material distribution in the process of engine assembly has become more and more difficult. In order to improve the efficiency and cost of material distribution in the engine assembly shop, this paper proposes a dynamic material distribution strategy for the engine assembly shop in the Internet of Things environment, and calculated and analyzed the main parameters of material distribution. A dynamic material distribution model with the shortest path and minimum energy consumption is constructed, and analysis of the model with the ant colony algorithm. At last realizing the material distribution path reasonable planning and analysis of a company as an example verified the effectiveness of the model, reduced the company\'s material distribution costs, and improved the company\'s material distribution efficiency.
