1064nm激光增透、半透半反和全反膜的设计及制备方法研究

摘要:针对1064nm波段激光增透、半透半反及全反膜的抗激光损伤阈值和稳定性进行了工艺研究,从膜料的选择、薄膜设计与镀制、性能参数测试与试验考核4个方面重点讨论了提高激光膜综合使用性能的方法和途径,完成了激光镜片膜层的制备。性能测试与试验分析结果表明:实测曲线与模拟光谱曲线在1064nm波长处数值吻合;膜层达到光学膜层军标GJB 2485-1995常用环境试验测试要求,经试验测试证实膜层的抗激光损伤阈值达到100 MW/cm2的水平。

Study on the design and preparation of 1064nm Laser antireflective, semi reverse and total reflection films
Abstract:In this paper, the process of anti Laser damage threshold and the stability of the 1064nm band Laser antireflection, semi transparence and reflective films were Study on. The method and the way of improving the comprehensive use of Laser film performance were discussed through four aspects of the film material selection, film design and preparation, the performance parameters tests and experiments; and the coatings of Laser lens were made. The results of performance test and experiments analysis show that: the measure curves and simulated spectra curves were identical at the wavelength of 1064nm numerical; the parameters of films reached military standard GJB 2485-1995 common environmental testing requirements; and that the Laser-induced damage threshold have reached to 100 MW/cm2 was be confirmed by the results.
