小尺寸金石墨烯纳米复合材料的合成与表征

摘要:本文通过化学气相沉积法(chemical vapor deposition, CVD)合成了小尺寸(17 nm)金-石墨烯核壳纳米材料(Au@C)。为了控制Au@C的尺寸,利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料,十四烷基三甲基溴化铵(TTAB)为模板,在合成的金纳米颗粒上包覆了厚度为45 nm的介孔二氧化硅,外层的介孔二氧化硅保护金纳米颗粒在CVD高温生长石墨过程中不会互相融合而导致尺寸变大。此种石墨烯-贵金属复合纳米材料,是兼具物理增强与化学增强的表面增强拉曼散射基底,其拉曼光谱峰简单且尺寸较小,在细胞内与生物体内的成像检测方面具有很大应用潜力。

Synthesis and Characterization of Small Size Gold Graphite Nanocomposites
Abstract:A small-size gold-graphite nanocore-shell nanocomposite (Au@C) was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. In order to control the size of Au@C, tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) was used as a raw material, tetradecyl trimethylammonium bromide (TTAB) as a template, coated with 45 nm thick mesoporous silica on the synthesized gold nanoparticles. The mesoporous silica on the outer layer of gold particles protects it from merge with each other and result in a larger size during high temperature of CVD. Au@C is a surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrate having both physical and chemical enhancements. The unique Raman spectral peaks and small size of Au@C make it have great potential for application in imaging and analysis of cells and organisms.
