银与双膦配体共催化α-重氮羰基化合物与苯并环磺酰亚胺的Mannich反应

摘要:银催化剂是研究最早的过渡金属催化剂之一,本文研究了银-双膦配体复合物催化剂在α-重氮羰基化合物与苯并环磺酰亚胺发生Mannich反应的催化活性,高效得到了一系列带有季碳中心苯并环磺酰胺衍生物。本文还探讨了不同银催化剂对反应转化率的影响,发现三氟甲磺酸银(AgOTf)的催化活性最高。同时还考察了不同反应溶剂、反应温度对反应活性的影响。此外,该反应目标产物还可以转化成具有spirosuccinimides化合物母核的活性分子,扩展了该产物在有机合成中的应用。

Mannich Reaction of α-Diazocarbonyl Compounds and N-sulfonyl Cyclic Ketimines Catalyzed by Diphosphine Ligand with Ag
Abstract:Ag catalyst is one of the earliest research transition metals. In this paper, Ag-diphosphine ligand catalyst complex has been developed for Mannich reaction of α-diazocarbonyl compounds and N-sulfonyl cyclic ketimines. A series of N-sulfonyl cyclic amino bearing a quaternary stereocenter were obtained in high yields. The effect of different Ag salt to the reaction was investigated, and AgOTf was the best catalyst with highest catalytic ability. The effect of different substrate concentration and reaction temperaturewas also explored in this paper. In addition, theproductscouldbeconvertedto bioactive spirosuccinimide, which furtherdemonstratethesyntheticutilityofthe products.
