用于示波记录仪的多通道数据采集系统的XADC技术研究与实现

摘要:为简化传统示波器低速多通道(128)外部采样数据集成复杂度,本文研究了某IC公司于2012年提出的基于DRP协议的集成可编程模拟子系统(XADC)的功能。提出了一种具有自主知识产权的、用于示波器的低速多通道采集板卡系统设计,最大程度上简化了硬件架构设计难度与成本,文中利用Xilinx Kintex-7系列XC7K70T芯片和Vivado2017实现了对XADC的多路复用通路的数据分别以速率1 MSPS和精度12bits的11通道进行实时数据捕获,同时在不借助其他外部集成器的前提下实现对FPGA的核心电源电压,温度热等相关重要参数的在线监控与自关断报警操作。实验表明,该技术显著地简化多通路的采集硬件架构,节省硬件成本,数据捕获效果理想,在设计低速多路的数据接收机系统的这一领域提出新方法。

The research and implementation of XADC technology in multi-channel data acquisition system that used for oscillograph.
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of simplifying traditional oscilloscope low speed (1M/s) multi-channel (128) external sampling and data integration complexity, this paper studies the function of integrated programmable analog subsystem (XADC) based on DRP protocol which put forward by IC corporation in 2012. A independent intellectual property rights for the system acquisition card low speed multi-channel oscilloscope is proposed, Which maximum extent simplifies the hardware architecture design difficulty and cost, realize the multiplexing pathway of XADC data were performed using 16 channel 1 MSPS rate and accuracy of 12bits real-time capture using Xilinx Kintex-7 series chip and XC7K70T Vivado2017 in this paper, at the same time can be achieved by means of the core supply voltage of FPGA external integration, online monitoring and other related important parameters of thermal temperature and self-turn off alarm operation. Experiments show that the technology significantly simplifies the multi-channel acquisition hardware architecture, saves hardware cost, and achieves the desired data capture effect, which proposed a new approach for the design of a low-speed multichannel data receiver system.
