原料组成对醋酸加氢制乙醇反应影响

摘要:在固定床微反装置上考察了原料中水、乙酸乙酯和乙醛含量对醋酸加氢制乙醇反应性能的影响。反应在285℃、2.5MPa、0.8ml/(ml h)醋酸空速和氢酸摩尔比16条件下进行。随着水含量从0%增加到10.0%,醋酸转化率下降了4.99%,乙醇选择性变化不大。乙酸乙酯含量从0%增加到10.0%,醋酸转化率下降了3.93%,乙醇选择性增加了9.10%;在4.4%时反应前后乙酸乙酯的量保持不变。乙醛含量从0%增加到2.0%,醋酸转化率下降了2.02%,乙醇选择性提高1.31%后变化不大;在0.4%时反应前后乙醛的量不变。醋酸转化率随水、乙酸乙酯和乙醛含量的增加而降低;乙醇选择性随乙酸乙酯和乙醛含量的增加而升高,水含量对选择性影响很小。

Effects of feed composition on reaction of acetic acid hydrogenation to ethanol
Abstract:The effects of the mass content of water, ethyl acetate and acetaldehyde in feedstock in the catalytic conversion of acetic acid to ethanol were studied. Experiments were carried out in a fixed bed reactor at 285 ℃, 2.5 MPa, 0.8ml/(ml h) of acetic acid hourly space velocity (sv), 16 of mole ratio of hydrogen to acetic acid (H/AC). The acetic acid conversion decreased 4.99% with the increase of water content from 0% to 10.0%, while the selectivity of ethanol showed little change.The acetic acid conversion dropped 3.93% with the increase of ethyl acetate content from 0% to 10.0%, while the ethanolselectivity increased 9.10%; when the ethyl acetate content was 4.4%, the amount of ethyl acetate reamined unchanged after reaction.The acetic acid conversion decreased2.02% with the increase of acetaldehyde content from 0% to 2.0%, while the ethanol selectivity increased 1.31% and then showed little change; when the acetaldehyde content was 0.4%, the amount of acetaldehyde reamined unchanged after reaction.The results show that the acetic acid conversion decreases with increasing the content of water, ethyl acetate and acetaldehyde. Furthermore, the selectivity of ethanol increases with increasing the content of ethyl acetate and acetaldehyde, and remains stable with the increase of water content.
